While pursuing her B.Sc. in Physics, Natalie developed her passion for and
knowledge of STEM fields such as physics, astronomy, math, and computer science. Since graduating, Natalie has worked in K-12 STEM Outreach, creating hands-on activities and delivering curriculum-based classroom workshops and summer camps across Northern Alberta. In addition to her full-time work with APEGA, Natalie is currently pursuing her B.Sc. in Computer Science at the University of Alberta.
Natalie leads the planning and execution of the Edmonton Science Olympics, which engages over 1000 students annually in authentic, curriculum-based engineering and geoscience challenges. She also develops and plans STEM activities and events for students across Alberta, while supporting APEGA’s members in delivering programming to Northern Alberta Communities.
