With the new Canada's Food Guide and the increased interest in plant-based sources of protein, more and more people are interested in adding pulses like beans, peas, lentils, and chickpeas to their diets, but aren't sure how! This session will focus on some quick, easy and tasty ways to incorporate pulses into your recipes and meals every day.
