The Taoist Tai Chi® arts are intended to return body and mind to their original nature; the mind to stillness and clarity, the body to a balanced, healthy state. With continued practice, you can increase strength, improve posture, improve breathing, increase cardiovascular fitness, improve balance and increase concentration. This introductory class of Taoist Tai Chi® offered by Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism is a step to improving your well being.
