In this session, Danielle will break down the six keys to mental wellness, and provide you with specific tips and tools to help young people figure out who they are, manage struggles, embrace imperfections & live with greater hope and purpose. Based partly on the new BOLD curriculum for adolescents created by Brené Brown, this session will leave participants with tools to help youth, but also with a deeper sense of their own wellness.
