Building Strong Relationships and Community through Restorative Practice

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Restorative practice is an emerging social science that studies how to strengthen relationships between individuals as well as social connections within schools and communities. Restorative practice is grounded in a way of thinking and being. This session will explore how implementing a restorative practice framework in your classroom and school can strengthen relationships with and among students, build social capital and repair harm as a way of building community. Creating an environment where all students belong and are engaged is the foundation for learning.
