Need some relaxation and stress free fun? Come to our session and de-stress while creating your own mandala from scratch! Mandalas have been known to take an ordinary mind into an enlightened state and also help in healing. Plus, it's just plain fun! As you create your own mandala, you will be guided by your own creativity - even if you do not think you have a creative bone in your body. Come try it out! We will go through each step of the process as a group and show you some basic shapes and designs. The rest is up to you! Your creativity comes from within and you will be self guided throughout the making of your beautiful mandala. Soon, you will be ready to teach mandala making to your colleagues and your class to relieve their stress. My students are loving them!
